Reservation/Security/Payment/Refund Policies

A refundable 25% reservation/security deposit fee is required when booking, with the full rental fee due 15 days prior to arrival date. If you book within 30 days, we will require full payment at the time of booking plus the 25% security deposit. We understand that plans sometimes change. If you wish to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days of arrival, you will be refunded your money. Cancellation of reservations within 59 to 31 days prior to arrival will result in 50% of the deposit being refunded. If you wish to cancel within 30 days of arrival, your money will not be refunded.

The reservation/security deposit will be returned within 15 days of the end of the rental period after inspection less any deductions to cover the cost of replacement or repair. Costs in excess of this amount will be invoiced and payable in full immediately.
