The Haven, is a 2400 sq. ft. walkout home that flows with openness and brings the outside inside. The main level of this waterfront home features the kitchen, which is large and open with a center island. All surfaces are covered with granite which is beautiful and durable. It is finished with all your favorite appliances and then some: gas range, electric oven, dishwasher, compactor, microwave, disposal, and refrigerator with ice maker. This gourmet kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, utensils, platters, dishes, glassware, etc. for large and small groups. The floors are wood and scattered with large and small rugs. The living and dining areas are open and accessible. The dining table seats 10 with ease. The living room includes a wet bar with undercounter beverage refrigerator and ice-maker. You can walk right out onto the deck through two large patio doors or leave the doors open to enjoy the summer time breezes cooled by the lake. The main floor bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a double bed, are adjacent to a full, updated bathroom with tub and shower. The walkout level has tiled floors, gas fireplace (with remote control), television, kitchenette and pull-out sofa. Two double patio doors lead to a patio and the lake. The newly remodeled, ceramic tiled bathroom with shower is adjacent to the two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with twin beds. A laundry room with washer and dryer is also on this level. A portable crib is available. For your convenience, The Haven is fully furnished. You can pack light, as alarm clocks, bed & bath linens, beach towels, several life jackets, stereo, CD player, VCR, DVD player, lake map, books, magazines, puzzles and more are provided. Bring your swimsuits! Lake Louise is a great swimming as well as fishing lake. A dock, beach towels, paddle boat and fishing boat are furnished. For the family, you’ll also find a basketball hoop, swingset, toys, and a horseshoe pit as well as games, books and movies for all ages, child through adult. |
